Terms of Service

BizDocs is a cloud application for creating business documents, keeping accounting records, storing files and managing a team. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• If you create a workspace, you control who you invite and what roles and permissions they have; you are responsible for the access you grant.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
• upload content you do not have the right to store or share;
• attempt to breach security, access other businesses’ data, or disrupt the service;
• reverse engineer, resell or misuse the service or overload our infrastructure.

You retain all rights to the data and files you put into BizDocs(“your content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content solely to provide the service to you and your team. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, and for the documents and records you generate — including their compliance with tax, accounting and other laws that apply to your business.

The documents, reports and figures produced by BizDocs are tools to assist you and are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Where a plan is offered for a fee, the applicable charges and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe. Any free tier is provided as-is and may change. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for exporting and retaining your own copies of important records. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or where necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to our legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
